On our second day at Mambukal Mountain Resort, we decided to go back to the Hot Spring since it was already dark when we got there the day before. Soaking ourselves in the hot spring is therapeutic. The heat does not only have a cleansing effect in our bodies, but it also produces a sense of harmony in our minds. Somehow, it dissolved unnecessary stress and tension from both our minds and bodies.
After breakfast, we decided to explore the other facilities of the resort. The activities that we availed include the Kayak, Slide for Life, and taking a dip in their Swimming Pool.

For anyone visiting Western Visayas, be it in Negros Occidental or in Panay, I highly recommend Mambukal Mountain Resort. It is accessible from Bacolod City, and the resort provides a complete adventurous experience to newbie hikers. My personal favorites are the Seven Falls (because I like hiking), and the therapeutic Hot Spring.
With its large land area, Mambukal Mountain Resort provides its visitors with various fun activities. Walking from one facility to another may be tiresome for some, but then again, you'll be passing by great scenery that will amaze you. Besides, walking is beneficial to our cardiovascular health. And that actually completes the Mambukal experience.
